Services
For babysitters
Present an eligible public profile, declare availability, apply with a price and follow wallet credits and payout requests.
Territories covered
The platform has no geographic restriction. Local availability depends on profiles and childcare bookings actually published.
User roles
The childcare contract is entered into directly by the requester and the babysitter under the declared status and applicable framework. Ma Tatie remains an intermediary: it is not the employer, the childcare provider or the child’s legal representative.
Fees
Parent side
A 10% fee based on the childcare price is added to the amount paid by the Parent.
Babysitter side
A 10% fee is deducted from the accepted price before the babysitter wallet is credited.
Applicable amounts are shown to each party before confirmation without revealing the other party’s financial details.
Checks performed
- Access to the declared email address.
- Access to the declared phone number.
- Submitted proof of address.
- Consistency of the submitted identity details.
Service limitations
These checks are not a general certification, recommendation or guarantee. Unless specifically stated, Ma Tatie does not check diplomas, qualifications, experience, references, criminal history or general fitness to provide childcare. Ma Tatie neither requests nor stores French criminal record extracts.
